1. Using Vela
Vela is a marketplace connecting fans with South African creators for personalized videos, live calls, premium DMs and appearances. By using Vela you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & payments
Fans pay upfront in ZAR via Paystack. Creators have up to 7 days to deliver. If a creator declines or fails to deliver in time, your payment is refunded in full.
3. Platform fee
Vela retains a 15% platform fee on completed bookings. The remaining 85% is held for a 3-day delivery confirmation period and then released to the creator's verified bank account via Paystack Transfers.
4. Acceptable content
No sexually explicit content, hate speech, harassment or illegal requests. Creators may decline any booking that violates these rules and you will be refunded.
5. Ownership of deliveries
Videos and messages are for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with the creator.
6. Refunds
If your booking is declined or expires undelivered, we refund the full amount via Paystack to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a delivery has been accepted, all sales are final.
